A Season of Growth and New Beginnings

March Newsletter 2026

Hey friends,

It’s March, and I love that warmer weather is on its way. Spring feels like new beginnings to me. What about you? Do you have a favorite season?

Winter can slow us down. We move less, we feel stagnant, sometimes even a little low. Even when we’re surrounded by people, we can still feel alone. But when the weather shifts, something in us shifts too. We get outside. We connect. It feels lighter on the soul.

I’m especially excited this season. My 13-year-old son, who is on the autism spectrum, is in a beautiful season of growth. He recently received a Nintendo Switch, his first real video game system, and watching him engage, solve puzzles, and challenge his motor skills has been incredible. He’s trying new foods, responding more, showing cognitive growth in ways he hadn’t before. It feels like new neural pathways are forming right before my eyes. There truly is a season for everything.

I could let the chaos of the outside world steal my focus. But if I did, I might miss these blessings unfolding right at home.

This month also reminds me of Saint Patrick and the symbolism of the shamrock, trust in the Creator, the teachings of Jesus, and the presence of the Holy Spirit. No matter your background, the principle is the same: trust that new beginnings are possible because you’ve seen them before. You’ve lived them.

My son teaches me daily that peace is real and hope is a practice. I refuse to let outside noise disturb my peace for long. It’s not worth it.

The more we focus on the miracles within our own homes and hearts, the more peace expands into our communities. The work is within us. Heaven is within us. Possibility is within us.

Don’t give up. Keep practicing.

Love you all,

Linda Osorio

Here is your affirmation of the month:

I quiet my mind, connect with my creator, open my heart, and align with infinite possibilities. When I am blessed, I reflect that light into the world.
